Oxiland 0.6 provides 100% safe-API accounting for public Redland librdf 1.0.17 function symbols extracted from pinned headers: every symbol is verified, not-applicable, or excluded (zero unreviewed / residual mapped). It ships oxiland-cli for rdfproc-shaped workflows, freezes module naming intent for 1.0 (ADR-020), and records factory/plugin exclusions (ADR-018).
