Status: complete as a qualification scaffold — scripts/check-0.10-release.py passes

Implemented stabilization work

  • All package manifests are aligned at 0.10.0.
  • ADR-024 freezes the supported storage identities, feature names, StorageCapabilities, and format-v1 reader/export policy and rejects exposing the internal durable adapter as a public custom-backend trait for 1.0.
  • ADR-025 supersedes ADR-018 for baseline factory registration; ADR-026 covers Raptor/Rasqal world bridges; ADR-027 mitigates R-023 for optional LMDB/heed.
  • supported_backends() exposes the feature-independent frozen matrix; compiled_backends() remains build-specific.
  • Inventory compatibility/inventory/redland-1.0.17-oxiland-0.10.json closes safe exclusions (286 verified + 96 ownership-mechanic N/A) and verifies every C row against the expanded oxiland-capi allowlist (383 exports).
  • Six-profile compatibility/qualification/0.10-parity-evidence.json passes scripts/check-0.10-parity.py.
  • Three synthetic performance profiles under compatibility/qualification/performance/ exercise the frozen schema and pass scripts/check-performance-gate.py; they are not native benchmark evidence or support for a faster-than-Redland claim.
  • Storage crash/corruption/concurrency cases land in tests/backend_conformance.rs.
  • Fuzz-smoke record: compatibility/qualification/0.10-fuzz.json; the planned one-hour-per-target runs remain future candidate-bound evidence.
  • RC soak: compatibility/qualification/0.10-soak.json (abi_resets: 0).
  • Python stub snapshot: api/oxiland-python.pyi.

Scaffold-integrity result

Qualified under the 0.10 checker. The bundle passes python3 scripts/check-0.10-release.py, but it is not proof of full Redland parity under the 0.11 contract: its target profiles share asserted symbol-based pass data rather than independent native Redland differential executions. Its performance data is explicitly synthetic, and its fuzz record contains one-minute smokes rather than the planned release-duration runs. Those records test the qualification tooling; the native, revision-bound performance and safety proof is part of the active 0.11 gate.
